Chronicler of Mithras, Darius Shirazi was a scholar during his mortal existence - a skill set he has bought with him to his Kindred un-life. Since being inducted in the Mithratic Mysteries, Darius has been given the title of chronicler for the cell. This is a title that Shirazi holds dear to his heart. He worships Mithras and believes wholeheartedly to the cells doctrine. Shirazi has since dedicated his existence to chronicling Mithras' exploits and writing an auto-biography on the Methuselah.
Shirazi's trove of ancient kindred antiquities and text has raised a few eyebrows with members of London's court. Many believe that Shirazi is a masquerade breach waiting to happen, if his trove was to get into the hands of Operation Antigen then a whole hoard of information on Kindred would be discovered. For this reason, many of London's sheriff's are simply waiting for word to destroy Shirazi and burn his trove to the ground. The order has yet to come however, causing some kindred to question
Queen Anne and her leniency towards Shirazi's exploits. Others know however that Shirazi is protected by his sire who has influence over London's court. Not only that, but Shirazi has also curried favour with the Tremere Primogen, Edward Bainbridge.
It should also be noted that Shirazi has been spotted consorting with a small rebel Sabbat pack in London. Shirazi has completely dismissed such claims, though he refuses to be interviewed by Sheriff
Letita Shy. Either way, these accusations were dismissed in court with the help of the Tremere Primogen no less.
