A sealed parcel, kept under military secrecy, this parcel was in custody of Corporal Viktor Thorn of the Alliance for New Age Legionnaires.

He was charged with delivering it to Colonel Buttertin of the 134th Assault Korps by an unidentified officer. He was told if it was not delivered within five days, the death toll would be "unfortunate."
