S.H.I.E.F. is an multinational secret military force, spear-headed by South Harmonia of Realm 66: Dystopian Roadtrip.

Their mission was to uncover the mystery of the nation of Harmonia's withdrawal from the rest of the world.
Their efforts uncovered a large, interconnected plant mass spanning the nation of Harmonia. It was apparently enducing the population to help propagate its lifecycle through an intoxicating pollen.
They employed radio broadcasts in their attempts to reach the population, establishing KUPR Pirate Radio. They also made use of gas masks and special goggles to combat the effects of the pollen.
S.H.I.E.L.F. infiltrated Fun Land, a large plant node which acted as a nerve center for the infestation.
They established a secret base in an abandoned Bumper Car Hangar. There they headquartered a heavily armed military operation that investigated the nature of the plant growth, and worked to free the population of Harmonia.
