River Avila

River Avila was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His parents, Miguel and Maria are grocers. His two older sisters also work at the family grocery store. His eldest sister(Isabel) was born without a right foot and has a plastic prosthetic. His other sister Raquel is mentally handicapped. River joined the military of Argentina to fight some of the drug cartels as a way to earn money. He later joined the cartels for more money. He joined Rogers and Associates when Paul recruited him out of a cartel. River is a survivor who has good field instincts to keep himself alive.
