Phan Diem Uyen

Not much is known about Phan's history other than she is from South-east Asia. She speaks English well enough, but she has an obvious Asian accent. She speaks French, German, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Lao, Vietnamese, TagaLog, Maori, Khmer, Tai, and Hmong-Mein. She is a gifted thief and spy according to Paul Rogers. She keeps to herself between missions, only speaking infrequently with Paul Rogers. She carries varied weapons into combat, but is often found to have a rifle, a hand gun, a knife, and when possible a Chinese Dao.
