Otsuka Shiro

Otsuka Shiro was a Shateigashira for the Yamagumi clan. He is close friends with Lady Masaki's brother, Junichiro. He is missing the ring finger and little finger on his left hand. Otsuka is the quietest of the Yakuza to accompany Masaki to Rogers and Associates. Little else is known of him.
