Warsaw Augmented Reality Manifold is a general term for all augmented reality sublayers whose origin was pinned to the geographic location of the city of Warsaw as of Jan 1st, 2037.

Usage

Warsaw Manifold is historically the 3rd in the world but due to the controversies and fears surrounding Augmented Reality technologies its usage remains limited. Very often the older citizens use it in the form of 3D version of the internet, using filters that remove or cover the Basic Reality background and limit themselves to a single layer at most. Younger generations use it more often but the stigma regarding Generation H works extremely inhibiting.

Augmented Reality Hidden Places

One would expect many hidden places in the multidimensional overlays on Warsaw but there are only a handful of them. At least the verifiable ones — the City Council approves embeddings not easily accessible, but the paperwork is terrible. The ones that are created without such consent are erased on the spot and their creators persecuted. After the first trails a new trend was observed to create layers which were technically accessible to everyone but under very specific conditions, e.g. looking from a specific location at a narrow angle. Hiding in plain sight became a new way to deal with such difficulties.

Mosaic layers

One of many ways of hiding in plain sight was the invention of the so-called mosaic layers, i.e. layers, whose pieces would be scattered around other layers, thus forming a mosaic pattern. In several cases such construction made it very difficult to see the "big picture" contents of the layer, especially when their parts were dynamically shifted from one octet layer to another.
