Pandora's Box
Summary
Pandora's Box, much the Greek fable, was a dark black box containing evil. This box is particularly devious in that it contained the Power Crystals of the 7 Deadly Sins. It was originally The Keepers' way of preventing the overwhelming power of the Roses to return to the land. It was originally sealed in a vault in Erza. It was first stumbled upon by a group of unfortunate Maluen adventurers who brought it back to the city for further study. This didn't last for long, as civil unrest led by the Sons of Pandora ended in the Box's contents being unleashed on Wisteria. The terrifying influence of the Box caused the subsequent destruction of Maluen.
