Chief Medical Officer Joseph Kevo (a.k.a. "Doc")

    Chief Medical Officer Joseph Kevo, or "Doc", is the kind of no-nonsense wet blanket that most starships actively avoid. As luck would have it, though, he is the legal owner of the U.E.E. Winds of Uranus and the majority of the contents held within. While he remains tight-lipped when it comes to his past and goals, he is up front with his offers to the crew of the WoU.
    Deep within the bowels of the ship he retains advanced medical equipment and personnel. At least, that's according to him. Any scientific crewmembers seen outside of their stations are mandated to wear non-affiliated "civilian" clothes and maintain utter secrecy as to their comings and goings. Kevo has terminated employees who failed to do so with...dispassionate efficiency. Still, he offers fair compensation to faithful employees and seems fairly disinterested in the daily goings-on of the ship. This comes as a relief to the rest of the crew; gunners, engineers, pilots, and their passengers.
