Captain Kent "Adventure" Buckler

(a.k.a. "Bad Omen" Kent)

Kent "Adventure" Buckler is quite an infamous person, especially for such a young man. People rarely use self-proclaimed alias of his though. How so? Well, you see, regardless of what new adventure he decides to go on, Captain Buckler always returns back safe no matter what, evading danger in all sorts of highly improbable and unthinkable ways. Now that doesn't sound so bad, you say? Well, of course it doesn't. Who wouldn't want their captain to be like that? But you see, most of the fools who dare go on an adventure with "Bad Omen" Kent aren't usually as lucky as their new (and last) captain.
Kent Buckler is the third son of a powerful Buckler family who holds a seat on the Benevolent Council. Frivolous and adventurous, he captains a small ship named Mockingbird, provided for by his father. A 17-year-old dandy, captain Kent dresses up like the most stereotypical pirate captain in existence and tries to always behave like one. Such habits include having a parrot called Crackers inherited from the previous captain of Mockingbird and attempting to drink rum even when in high society. The latter fact is probably one of the many reasons why Kent's father decided to support him in all his adventurers as long as Kent stays away from all important events.   When it comes to his reputation, Kent Buckler is very famous due to two reasons. The first of them is Kent's habit of blabbing all the time about his great adventures and heroic deeds, even though no one has ever seen him do anything heroic aside from escaping from ladies' rooms. After all, his noble father would not want anything to happen to his dear son, so he put some good guards into the young Kent's crew to keep an eye on him. The second cause for Kent's infamy, often gossiped about in the taverns, is his ridiculously good luck that often seems to come at the cost of those around him. For that reason, many people tend to avoid getting into any kind of a story alongside captain Kent, for it more often than not ends up very badly for them.
