The origins of this arcane cult are shrouded in mystery early reports of the cults activities are traced back to the city of Dunwich. When Valentia's grasp on the civilized world weakened dark stains upon its cities began to appear the Talvinder was one of these stains. In the early days it was just a fanatical cult but grew far faster than Valentia's high court expected and by the time they tried to quell this uprising it was too late. The Talvinders goals are unknown however they seem intent on cutting supply lines and keeping those who could oppose them weak.
