Original Commander of Camp Righteous and later Camp Vengeance; Killed in a duel over his refusal to relinquishing leadership of the camp to a superior officer: Undril Silvertusk.
Niles was removed from command after his disastrously incompetent leadership lead to the destruction of Camp Righteous and poor conditions in Camp Vengeance.
