Ifan Talro'a

Ifan is a fowl tempered Merchant Prince of Port Nyanzaru who holds domain over all Beast trades in Port Nyanzaru. This includes the buying and selling of Racing Dinosaurs for the very competitive weekly races that take part in the streets of the city.
