Grog

Grog is a plucky Goblin scout of Chieftain Grab-Stab's in the village of Yellyark. 
Grog is rare in that he speaks passably good common and is relatively brave for his small stature. Most remarkably is that Grog has developed into a decent marksman despite using a horribly janky Short-Bow and very crooked arrows. Anyone else using Grogs weapon wouldn't have a prayer hitting the broadside of a brontosaurus, but Grog has somehow overcome the disadvantages of his gear and become a remarkably good shot. 
The other goblin scouts are convinced Grog is supernaturally lucky and like everything else in goblin life, when the luck inevitably turns bad, he's doomed.
