General Summary

We're in the Pillow Trove and Jasper gets a drunken knock on the door.
It's Zarri.
Jasper has a very nice fancy suite.
Gos and Mori share a very fancy suite. They're both very drunk.
Gos and B wake up to a sound of someone knocking on a door. It sounds like Zarri is asking for Jasper but it's odd that hes doing this.
Jasper opens the door stark bollock naked expecting room service.
Are you still up??? Asks Zarri.
Jasper runs back to grab a sheet to wrap around him.
B hears all of this and sends the paper to listen in.
Jasper and Zarri head on down to the bar. They order Gin and Coffee.
Everything's changing, quite literally Jasper says Zarri. Ive found D but ive lost them again.
The changeling we found wasn’t D? asks Jasper… Who is the person you’ve found in the past that you're so valued to?
Renee is D….sometimes…and not their brother.
Jasper is fairly sure he hasn’t met changelings personally aside from Renee. But he is aware of changelings. They are very valuable in criminal circles. Hes fairly confident he wouldn’t even know if he'd met a changeling in the first place due to their nature.
Renee can also appear as D.
They were different, but they the same.
Jasper gives Zarri an absolute talking to about not getting information when he could have. And then slaps him in a friendly way.
Sketch gets the gist that Renee is D but also not.
In the morning B gives Marble sketch. Sketch then unfurls and explains what happened.
Marble, B, Gos and Mori all talk about talking with Zarri. Gos proposes that Marble does this as she has no filter.
Jasper calls everyone up to his room.
Gos compliments the robe and wishes he had his own so runs back to his room and strips down to put his on. Then gives another one to Mori who strips off in the room in front of everyone
Mel reminded me that I owe you an apology.
I'm aware I haven't been forthright with you. Ive been keeping a lot to my chest. Now is the right time to do it. We have a daughter….she was taken a couple of days of us having her. We don’t know who has her. CARDS ON the table it could be Kiefer It could be people that know him. The person that took her came and had religious raiment and templar guards but no markings of a specific order. I think they were an aamisar. They called her the emissary which sounds religious to me. I don’t know who would want to take my daughter.
When we rescued that woman's child she mentioned the Prime Order which is basically the illuminati. Very few people know who's in there….they could be more powerful than the crown.
I want to find Kiefer, torture him and find out what he knows and then find the Emissary.
Gos is not aware of the prime order or the emissary but the description of the prime order being like an illuminati. this would have been drilled into him before crossing borders….you would be arrested, so there is potentially a secret group keeping this power quite limited.
Call my child Hatchling.
Jasper says he was called Hatchling until he was 16…..his mum called him that when she was mad.
Caliana has gone to the archives. She was working with Advosi to follow up on the Cult of Caustic Heart.
Gos got a letter from Sarabrina. Kai and Dusk were not waiting for Marble when we went to hell so we don’t know where they are. Viktor was also not waiting for us but we sent a thank you letter top Viktor. Zarri went around looking for some local gossip. IN CHAT
Just to confirm the rumours Zarri heard:
The Egelin Quarry, a couple of days travel from Zadash, has apparently been sold. No clear information on how much for, or even why, but lots of speculation, with the most common remark being that many thought Lason de Weeler (the gnomish prospector that inheireted the quarry) would be digging until the day he died despite the quarry being long stripped of any significant value. Lots of different stories on what has been found to prompt the sale, from ancient horrors that have been hidden from whichever fool has bought it, to hushed whisper of Cerebus Assembly interest in whatever was in there.
Rumours of lumberjacks in the Cyrengreen Forest having 'lost their minds' and leaving offerings for the fey folk as 'permission' to work there, which is 'just poor business practice' if you ask the gruff human man you overheard that from.
Lots of speculation on what kind of creatures the Righteous Brand will be bringing in for the Victory Pit for this years Highsummer closing festival (21st Sydenstar, over a month away). Some people saying that last year (836) was really lacklustre compared to the year before (835), and that the lack of monsters from the Ashpeaks was hardly a test for new recruits. Lots of complaints that there was no Pit organised for Zenith again, and its a missed opportunity.
The juiciest bit of gossip you heard: rumours that the Caladan family of Deastok have not even been invitedto Lydia Truscan's Largesse Gala this year, which, no one really expected them to attend anyway, charity events are not their style, but the courtesy of an invite, however empty a gesture, was typically expected. The ladies you overheard this from believe it is because Helaina isn't letting the Caladans see their grandson, and Lydia is supporting her wholeheartedly in that effort.

Zadash is subdued the day after a festival. Not a lot is open. Its pretty quiet.
We go to the archives and see advosi.
We decide to go to Port Damali.
Marble sees Renee sneaking off but loses them.
We head back to the Pillow Trove.
Before we head for Port Damali, Jasper transforms himself and goes to the Temple of the Platinum Dragon.
