Town Hall

Located in lower middle Widdershins city hall is the center of local government. A large building constructed 1787 after the last burnt down. It is a two story (out of British 3 story) building toped with a spire and clock tower. It is the seat of the city council and the various government organisations save the police.

>the black door on floor 2 (3) is used to break up the long empty hallway it does not actually open.
>access to the roof is restricted to those with good reason ¨I want to see how pretty this spell will look¨ is not a good reason.
>street musicians are not allowed right outside city hall but they are allowed in town square.
