Wanda Siren

Wanda Siren is the "Eerie Witch" from Pennsylvania. She came to the Twin Cities to look into water/river spirits awakening. Talbot Marlot betrayed her in a battle with a water elemental as she tried to capture the Spirit of the River to grow her own power. A group of teen fae jumped in as Talbot fled and managed to put down the elemental without Wanda being killed.
Later, Talbot learned that Wanda Siren is or had been a fae queen in her own right. She was banished from the Twin Cities at the behest of both the Saint Paul and Minneapolis queens. She has vowed revenge on Talbot, and Queen Kibydrokai warned him not to visit Pennsylvania, especially not the city of Erie. Talbot decided to stay away from the lake as well.
