Chaz Buckney

Chaz is a rugby jock that fell victim to The Circle and turned into a ghost. Sam Blackwell told him who killed him. Later Chaz spread word that Sam had killed Gavin Reedy in order to put a stop to the bounty on Blake Hazard. Chaz seems to have passed on after that.
