Malmeck Industries

Malmeck Industries is a collection of businesses and non-profit foundations that aim to make the world a better place.
As a result of the recent relocation of its headquarters to Duntown (Malmeck' home town), it has become the main economic power in the region of Westlo. This has translated into considerable political power for Malmeck, who has recently been named Head of the Monopolies and Mergers Commission following the mysterious yet unsuspicious death of the previous incumbent. It is fortunate that the corporation are in a position to sponsor many good causes and events like City Council Banquets and Fact-Finding Missions.

Structure

As seen on its website, Malmeck Industries is run primarily by Malmeck the Warlock and his Director of Cultural Activities (Jeanne Stonefast) and Director of Resources (Cool Jazz). Beneath the two directors are a variety of employees, but most of the decision-making at a strategic level is made by these three.

History

At some point in Malmeck's immense career as a thought leader, explorer and entrepreneur, it became advantageous in a tax sense to form a corporation. Since the official establishment of Malmeck Industries in 725, it has grown into a global powerhouse.
Malmeck made the decision in the 740s to transfer headquarters to Duntown and the switch was made in 750, bringing jobs and cash in the form of investments to Westlo.
