Anima
Worshipers of Anima--which include most of the common folk of Chereladi, Zlora, Pikae and Kargasa--believe in animating spirits which exist in everything and every person. They often worship at small home shrines, may select family or regional gods and are tolerant of other belief structures.
Mythology & Lore
Everything has an animating spirit of some kind. The best way to move through life is to respect those individual spirits and offer prayer in order to appease them. If a spirit is angry or disturbed, it may bring harm on those who angered it and may require offerings to repair the damage.
Cosmological Views
Many animists believe that sprites and gremlins are physical manifestations of related animating spirits. Thus, if gremlins infest clockwork, a clockwork exorcism may be required to remove them. Most clockwork exorcists are mechanics with reverence for the spirits of their craft.
