Sword of Creation
In the beginning, before this world had formed, the deities of the old world used literally their own bodies, their own souls, and their own minds to create the basis for a new universe. This paired with a fragment of the cornerstone from the old world gave birth to an anomaly. The egos and mental strength formed a being that was one with the world. An avatar that took the form of a sword. Taking over the creative process from the newly merged and amalgamated deities it deemed that mortals from the old world deserved a chance in the new world.
However, the deities fearing and hating the sword made from the best parts of themselves used trickery and deception to split the blade into pieces.
It is a broad sword of beautiful make that has 3 jewels embedded into it. one on the spine of the blade, one in the center of the guard, and one on the pommel. each one is thought to contain one aspect of the ego of the world.
When it was split into pieces the blade became blood for blood
The guard became knowledge is power
And the pommel became The golden rose
Each one of these items carrying a part of the world's will and each one domination one aspect of creation.
