Goblin conflict #2

this is when the goblins entered the world. they were fleeing from the calamity. the town they found empty except for halflings fleeing through a gate in the center of town. They gave chase and took down the halflings. they found treasure and a good cave on the other side and their bugbear CO decided to leave behind the calamity. a group of adventurers showed up to take them out and retrieve the treasure, but midway through the conflict a black dragon made his way out of the gate. the horde of goblins and the bugbears where scattered and chased into the new world.
