Frost Litch Necroarchy

The once-grand frost giants were driven to extinction by their stubbornness and unwillingness to yield to the elements. The frozen waists of their former world where childs play to them, however the new world proved too warm even in it's coldest times. Legend has it that they changed the weather to suit them better, but it backfired making an ice age that lasted 41 years. They all died. Their king, wrought with grief turned to his old specialty of technomancy and merged it with necromancy. keeping his people in a state of not quite death. 
 Decades droned on as they were forced farther and farther underground by new people showing up and braving the ever more hospitable grounds. digging at the old wealth of the lost civilization. If only he could reclaim his pice of the original world, but allass it requires two to wield, and he would rather be banished that revive the only other who could do the task. 
 So they sit in cold, sad, isolation. preserving the records of their people, even if they are too far gone to try and rebuild.
