The cobbler is a log two-story building, with a black shingled roof and dwarven-crafted iron furniture. It contains a well-stocked workshop and a magical construct moving supplies between shelves. 
The Specialty is a pair of sturdy box-like boots. (+1 dmg to unarmed attacks if you kick, this does not stack if you have hooves)
