History
Founded as a railroad hub and declared the midpoint of the country. The city owes it's development to the iron road both across Canada and to the states; and because of this it developed a criminal underground.
Dr.Electra used his criminal power to press dominion over the city. Nelvana found him on occasion. Jim Blair, victim and target of Electra's crimes, reported on these encounters.
