Asmagh's Alley Warrior's Way and Selduth st

Asmagh was an apothecary who would poison and bury patients upright beneath the alley. Upon being discovered as many as eighty bodies were exhumed from the alleys wide flagstones. Though this happened over a century ago, children and some adults hop on one foot when crossing Asmagh's Alley singing a song: Hop for the hollows, hop for the dead, hop on the flagstones, hop on their heads.
