Papeltuft, commonly called “Pappy,” is an aged, grey-furred
Harengon mail carrier who serves the
North Ward and specifically
Trollskull Alley. A true gentleman of southern charm, he is one of the most beloved personalities in the neighborhood.
History
Pappy often approaches the party on the street or knocks on their door to deliver mail, exchange a bit of gossip, or marvel at their tales of heroics. He has, on rare occasion, offered advice. Little is known about his own life, but he happily engages others about their own.
