Osvaldo Cassalanter

Osvaldo Cassalanter is the eldest son of Victoro and Ammalia Cassalanter and the oldest of Grayson's three cousins. Once expected to carry the family name into the next generation, Osvaldo has not been seen in Waterdeep society for several years. His absence has become a source of growing speculation and unease among the city’s nobility.
While Victoro has offered no public explanation for Osvaldo’s prolonged disappearance, members of House Cassalanter have begun to express concern behind closed doors. Myrna Cassalanter, Osvaldo’s great-aunt, has written multiple letters to Victoro demanding clarity, citing both the unusual secrecy and the potential damage to the family's reputation. She has received no satisfying response.
Grayson, who has not seen Osvaldo since his youth, recently inquired about his cousin’s whereabouts during a visit with Myrna. She admitted that even she does not know what has become of him. The only certainty is that something is being kept hidden. Whether Osvaldo is alive, missing, or worse, no one outside of Victoro seems to know for sure.
