Lithios

The furthest planet from Nova, Lithios is a mysterious and dangerous world. Without a breathable atmosphere or liquid water, it does not appear to be able to sustain most life forms - but it is far from uninhabited. Once the homeworld of the Syrions, Lithios now lies under the control of a race of sentient machines known as the Chorus. These recently awakened robots have but one goal: the eradication of all life in the universe. In their twisted ideology, only then will things be restored to glorious harmony. Little else is known about the planet or its inhabitants. Advanced shielding protects its surface from both exploration and assault, hiding what further dangers it may harbor.
