Waltz to the Moon

There are many dangers in the Ninth World that restrict travel, especially at night, to only those that are well prepared. One of the most common warnings for travelers is to avoid forest clearings during a full moon. The Eternal Hunters spread this warning throughout the civilized ████████and into the ███████.   Individuals are not banned or prohibited from entering forest clearings during a full moon but rather warned for their own safety.   Local chapters of the Eternal Hunters organize the Waltz to the Moon events during the full moon throughout the ████████████████████. An observer would first notice the event from the sound of serene music flowing through the trees and echoing off the hills. If the observer followed the mesmerizing music they would come upon a clearing light by orbs of soft white light hovering along the tree line. The clearing would be crowded with people dressed in stunning ballroom gowns and formal wear. Laughter and light conversation could be heard between the steady rhythm of the music.   If the observer lingered they would be approached by a man or woman dressed in animal furs and adorned with intricate pieces of bone art. They would quietly explain that it would be unsafe to remain and that the indivdual should continue on their way. As the night grows long, the music changes from serene to a heavy beat of precussion instruments and large stringed bass instruments. The dances revert to more primative forms and the dancers transform into monsters.
