SCP Forward Operating Base

Antechamber (1): A large, green metal, double door with a small ornate impage of a Rabbit secures the entrance to the facility.
  • The metal door has a Glyph of Warding on it that discharges a 3d6 electrical damage in a 10’ area in front of the door.
  •   The Receiving Hall (2): The large curved room has smooth green and gold stone walls. There are 3 large circular rings evenly spaced in the center of the room. The stone rings are 2 feet high and have soil within them. A large metal construct is located in the middle of the room and begins to activate upon entrance. A stairway descents downward to the north. An hallway exits to the west with the entrance glowing faintly blue. A hallway exits to the east with the entrance glowing faintly red.  
  • The glowing exits to the east and west of the chamber are due to crystalline structures that under a transparent floor.
  •   Visitor Library (3): A central square area has a circular pillar with glowing blue crystals. Upon entry into the room, the crystals begin to glow and warm the room. Desks are arranged around the sides of the room with book cases on the north and south walls. The room appears to have been left in a hurry a long time ago. The books are all in an unknown language and script.  
  • An interesting book on the western wall's bookcase has blank pages but as the reader turns them a telepathic voice reads to them in the Celestial language. It is a children’s book about the Warren. A place where rabbit folk live in harmony with their surroundings.
  • The central square is a lounge area. The crystal pillar warms the room to a comfortable temperature based upon the occupants. The central square is made of intelsynth material. It conforms to the individual in the location and can form to a comfortable chair, sofa, or lounge.
  •   Extra-Dimensional Space Alpha (4): A transparent cube fills the center of the room.
  • Side A: A large tented field hospital is burning with woman with white robes running from the tent and being attacked but undead creatures
  • Side B: A white robed figure with a black shawl over their shoulders and head.  The face inside the hood is not visble.  
  • Side C: A woman in a black shawl and robe with keyholes instead of eyes
  • Side D: A woman with horns holding her neck.
  • There are 4 pillars around the cube. Each pillar has numerous runes, buttons and levers.   Extra-Dimensional Space Bravo (5): A transparent cube fills the center of the room. A top down view of a labrynth can be scene with a figure walking and sometimes running through through labrynth but continualy making the wrong turns and never finding their way out.    There are 4 pillars around the cube. Each pillar has numerous runes, buttons, and levers.   Scribe Office (6): Desks are arranged around the walls of the room. Larger desks are in the middle of the room. Many of the paper documents are brittle but there appear to be 2 numenera devices that could be used for book storage. Often referred to as ElectroDocs they can contain information equivalents of several hundred books or tomes. The table in the middle of the room is an relic. It can be used to pull up a map that appears current.   Scribe Living Quarters (7): 15' by 15' furnished bedroom entrances are arranged around the southern wall. One has been partially activated and creates access to an extra dimensional space (15x15) that served as a living quarters 10 of those are present. A matter transfer device is on the western wall. It is designed to look like a fireplace but can actually be utilized for food and water creation. Matter is required to create such items. It requires some maintenance to activate it again but can be powered off of the Base's main solar power supply. A series of extra dimensional portal rooms exist along the outer walls. the portals can be assigned with security locks to specific individuals by the facility administrator. One of the rooms seems to have a specific function and cannot be reassigned. It contains a coffin like device with a magical coding screen.   Medical Chamber (8): In the far end of the room is a crystal pillar with various runes, symbols, and levers. The head and upper torso of the medical bot/caretaker AMI (Automated Medical Interceptor) has been attached to the piller. A long table lays out in front of it with severral metal spider arms hanging above from the celiling. This s the medical chamber and experimental augemtation facility.     The Greenhouse (9): A curved glass roof is glowing with sunlight. The garden is in disarray but appears to be somewhat maintained. A Duskthorn Dryad is half mad with loneliness. Her name is Pinch. She charmed 3 of the trespassers but did not harm them. Instead, she had them attend a picinic and had them tell her stories about themselves. Pinch is willing to help tend to the Portal garden at the Group's request if they spend time with her and agree not to leave her alone again in the facility.   There are statues around the room. 3 are rabbitfolk and 3 are Worthians. The statues depict heroes of each race with a placard at the base of each statue stating their name and a general summary of their deed.   The Intersection (10): The fountain is a extra dimensional pocket to the Water Realm and is often frequented by water elementals that find the presence of the fountain an interesting feeling. The fountain provides a pure fresh water supply for the Base. It also provides a meditative focus for strong willed individuals. The water elementals will often create patterns and water flow shapes that will provide a calming effect for individuals. If an indivdual spends more than 10 minutes gazing into the fountain, a wisdom check is required. A DC wisdom check of 6 or less will cause the individual to immerse themselves into the fountain. Depending upon the individual water elemental, it may decide to pull the person into the Plane of Water.   Communications Room (11): The throne-like diaz is actually a virtual interactive environment that allows the user to perceive data in an interactive environment. There are additional portals around the room that enable individuals to help process information or review separate reports. In the year 75 AP, an unknown group gained entrance to the SCP Forward Operating Base. An individual named Thadeus stood on the dais and was able to power up the device. Upon activation of the device, a known force of Nature named Whisper seized control of the communication equipment and transmitted a message in the language of Truth and Celestial, "A Breach has occurred. IT has breached the barrier. One fragment is destroyed. The others must be secured and protected." The force of nature designated as Whisper screamed as if in pain and then dematerialized. The only remains was a white scarf that was picked up by the unknown group member. SCP protocols were executed and a trace was began to locate the unauthorized communication. The trace was stopped when a SCP operative was pulled out of the temporal observation space and secured by a member of the group. A command code was then issued in Celestial from the unidentified individual stopping the trace. The unidentified individual was also able to use a high level priority code transferring the Base's authorization and command keys to a rabbitfolk known as Hippity Hop or Operative Agent .   The Research and Crafting Room(12): This room was previously a dining area for the former occupants. It is currently be utilized for crafting and research projects ranging from elixirs, vehicles, weapons, armor, and other equipment. The room currently has a working prototype for a mechanical winged contraption.   Extra-Dimensional Space Delta(13): A collapsed dimensional space decompressed with great force. Debris is scattered around corpses with chains and various torture implements are scattered about. The smell is overwhelming. This room has been repurposed as Thadeus' workshop. It has been cleaned and restored.   Extra Dimensional Space Echo (14): A black cube that seems to pull the surronding light is secured by 4 pillars. 
  • Cube face A: A god like figure cradling a planet 
  • Cube face B: A god like figure holding a Reality.
  • Cube face C: A god like being holding creation
  • Cube face D: a small black void and threads of light around it. 
  •   Portal Room (15): The room is a rectangular room with alcoves on the right and left. The alcoves in the central of the room contain arches with shimmering force doors that exhibit the same color and texture as the larger alcoves located across from them on the outside of the room. These extra-dimensional doorways are powered by placing a specialized “battery container” in the center of the alcove on the unknown metal platform.  
  • Orange/red Alcoves: fire is required to fuel this doorway. Specifically access to lava or a harnessed fire elemental is key. Preprogrammed destinations consist of: 1) Plane of Fire, 2) ERROR LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST, and 3) Desert planet called Styx
  • Black Alcoves: necrotic energy (which is very rare in the Ninth world) is required. A powerful undead can be imprisoned in this location and its energy harnessed. Preprogrammed destinations consist of: 1) ERROR LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST, 2) A code protected location labeled, Mitclan's Receiving Room, and 3) a hollowed out mountain located in the void around the Ninth World. This portal is currently powered by a vampire captured and imprisoned in the containment unit.
  • - Blue Alcoves (Southern): require distilled fresh water free from any creatures. A filtration system is located the Storage Room (16) where fresh distilled water can be obtained. Pure distilled fresh water from the filtration system injected with an electric current is required to activate. Preprogrammed destinations consist of : 1) An aquatic planet called Poseidon  
  • Purple Alcove: This alcove resembles a throne-like chair sized for a large humanoid to sit on. It does not have an associated force door. It appears to have been damaged somewhat by a large hammer or blunt instrument. The portal does is not active.
  • Blue Alcoves (Northern): Sea water is required from a depth that has not seen the light of the sun.
  • Yellow Alcove: requires direct sunlight. 'WARNING SOLAR ARRAY OFFLINE'.
  • Green Alcove: requires that the surrounding vegetation be maintained in a flowering condition and in good health. A druid or a nature spirit/earth elemental would work best to maintain this location. The dryad could be utilized. Preprogrammed destinations consist of: 1) ERROR LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST. A note indicates that those transported will be reduced to an appropriate size, 2) ERROR LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST, 3) ERROR LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST, 4) ERROR LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST, and 5) ERROR LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST
  •   Storage Room (16): This room appears to have been a storage area. It appears that items were taken from here in great haste. Some broken items and storage containers are scattered around the room. Useful items that remain consist of: 1) a container that has distilled water capable of powering the portal for 2 openings (a sending and a return), 2) two specialized containers that carry lava without melting and do not transfer the heat to the outside so can be carried with bare hands. Each container can contain enough lava to power a portal for 6 openings, 3) A ripped and faded notebook containing information written in celestial and coded. Much of the information is missing but provides clues to restarting the solar collector, a merchant contact in Nebalich, and a ripped page with on the following Sir Richard Locke last location in Citadel of the Iron Saint. A golden crown with a red gem in the 3rd eye position. It was found shoved in a oil skinned sack within a covered crack in the wall. The room as been cleaned and modified to hold additional equipment. It currently contains most common gear and equipment.
