Rod

Rod is the creator deity of Vyraj and humans. He is also a god of family, ancestors and fate. Together with Chernobog he is one of the two oldest deities of the world. For a long time he was the supreme deity, but was later succeeded by his son Svarog who was later succeeded by his son, Perun. Currently, Rod is the keeper of the threads of life that record all history of Vyraj and regulate people's lives. In his task, Rod is assisted by Rozhanitsy, minor godesses of fate.
