Ark City Watch

The Ark City Watch is the main guard presence in the city of Ark. The captain of the guard is Joy Rubyfist a dwarven noble woman from Thalgard, despite noble blood she is a hardcore fighter who isn't a fan of courts and noble meetings. City watchmen are usually led by higher ranking guardsmen or keepers of the Holy Order.
