Kiran Harkaan

Born the daughter of a powerful merchant and leader of the Ellisar League, Kiran Harkaan was unexpectedly thrust into power when her mother and brother died in a tragic shipwreck. Spending much of her life with the everyman of the League, conversing with sailors, fisherman, and dock workers in the poorest sections of the League’s lavish cities, Kiran understood the conditions that those within her power suffered. When she took power she vowed to help those in need, whatever the cost; a vow which has earned her the disdain of many with great power within the League.
