Toltalqea

Toltalqea is an island city-state that was once controlled by Taurtofna. The island is populated primarily by Elves and Tortles if you don't include the travellers and sailors that can make up half of the island's population at any given time. The island is the largest trading port on the Sea of Glinneas, distributing goods that came from the Larmashi Islands to the mainland. The city is one of the few places in Vrashyn that Aarakocra and Sea Elves routinely visit, and this reputation for exotic goods and people makes it a favored destination of the world traveller.
