Empress Pevytos Hokra (a.k.a. Blood Red Queen)
The empress responsible for the unification war and the Creator of the Mregian empire.
She became enraged when her son was killed dishonourably by the Vernan king. She declared war.
After the war had ended she had spent most of her life fixated on revenge and conquest, and decided the only way to protect her new empire was to take over the rest of the world. One of the last things she did was to create the UMN (Unified Mregian Navy) and the UMM (Unified Mregian Military)
An air force followed soon after, but was not of her design. Unfortunately she never got to see her dream come true.
She had a daughter, called Setisa, who was born during the Unification war, who would be her successor. Setisa didn't share her mothers thirst for conquest, but this turned out to be a good thing, as the newly created Empire needed to rest and repair itself, after 30 years of horrific war.

When the two married, they were very much in love. Unfortunately this love was fleeting, and Noria lusted after other women. Obviously being married to royalty has it's perks, so Noria tried to hide his cheating. it's not that he wasn't attracted to her. Infact he gave her many children.
