Bayside Consortium

The Bayside Consortium has directed the cities commerce for nearly 200 years. Since it's inception the consortium has directed and overseen to the trade and business of the city. They take a small cut of nearly every deal but help to keep the city, mostly full of vagrants, running smoothly.
