Zanturex the Cruel

Zanturex is the black dragon who runs the gladiatorial arena in the sapphire palace. She is a talented showman and gives commentary during the matches, organizes who fights who (often taking bribes), and often eats the losers. She enjoys the suffering of the participants greatly.
