Seroncalamestra the Gifted
Seroncalamestra the Gifted is an adult blue dragon serving as the Coalition's Archmage. They have a talent for arcane magic awoken by the Destabilization after consuming a wizard, made all the more potent by the power of their draconic soul and body. They tattoo their personal spells onto their wings, cap their claws with precious metals, and have replaced their eyes with gems to see magical threads. They spend most of their time in their section of the palace.
