Creating new objects
Steps:
1) Knowledge Skill - used to have the knowledge and understanding to create a new object. Can be augmented by insight
2) Commerce Skill - used to find and buy the required materials for creation. The skill can be specialised, if not then the difficulty is on grade harder. General equipment is a standard difficulty, specialised is Hard, illegal is Formidable. Fixers and Fencers can be used here as effect contacts and providers
3) Craft Skill - this is used to craft the object. The difficulty is based on the complexity of the item. The time period detailed in the table.
Possible Task Rounds/time
an hour or less
2 -24 hours (1 day)
2 days - 7 days (1 week)
2 weeks - 4 weeks (1 month)
2 Months - 6 months
7 months - 1 year
Critical Roll: 50% completion
Success: 25% completion
Failure: 0% completing
Fumble: -25%
Normal skills are used to adapt, amend and alter existing items.
