Lady Iara Moonshadow grew up in the noble Moonshadow family, but wanted to dedicate her life to something more. She chose to become a cavalier in the Order of the Lion and swiftly climbed the ranks. She is now third in command of the Eltherean military. This position led to her being assigned the dangerous task of leading Eltherean's soldiers at the border of Marken.
