King Rafe Proctor, the Third

The king of Praneya, the only nation to escape the War of the Gates intact. While little is known of the man, his name is known to almost everyone in Volara. He is the most recent in an unbroken line of monarchs that includes King Bertolt Proctor I, the man who negotiated the Treaty of Praneya ending the war. There are rumours that he is the only man to survive an assassination attempt by the man called Ancelyn DeVir.
