King Del Ellowyn

King Del Ellowyn is best known for founding the University of Llafwanwyr as it exists today. He believed, rightly, that Te'ralyn would become a destination of choice for scholars and students if he delivered a place of learning. In so doing, he founded the one place on Volara where the academically-minded can gather in a supportive community that is not entirely focused on magic.
