Viumbe means Creation, in the land of creation the gods rule their own countries as they see fit. Each land has its own laws and levels of magic controlled by the gods controlling them and how they feel. You have the barbaric lands of the northeast ruled by savage power where very little power is possible or you have the mystic people of the east where magic is everyday.
