Rya

Rya is a city in Exotia located on the banks of Eastlight Lake. It is surrounded by swamplands and drenched in fog and the elves of Rya are often regarded as heathen, wild and fierce, relative to other elves. Rya is not known for hospitality and is also lacking in establishments and basic amenities. The very area around the city is considered dangerous and unpredictable and more superstitious people tend to avoid the location.
