Rain

Rain is a small elven settlement in Exotia built on the banks of Silvaril Coast. The land around Rain is considered the most fertile and blessed land in all of Exotia, and the elves believe their city is blessed by Ramora, the Amar of rain, who is said to be the cause behind the frequent drizzles that characterize the area.
