Fethor

Fethor is a large settlement in Exotia that oversees the Royal Sea. Built on the banks of the Bay of Whispers, Fethor is surrounded by swamplands. The elven citizens are known for their peculiar habits that differ from the rest of the elves in the realm, as elven culture is strongly connected with the environment around them. Fethorians are grimmer folk, more superstitious and their city is built on muddy ground drenched in fog with houses made of reed and wood.
