Third Prayer to Aidar and Bera

The third prayer is made in gratitude for the day to Aidar, the God of Light, and to ask him to make sure to light the sky anew come morning. A prayer is made in this instance also to the Mother Goddess Bera]  in gratitude for the light of the moon and the stars and the protection she provides from the full darkness of Surinol, the Hungering Darkness:   "Greetings, O Lord of Light, Son of the First Salt, Father of us All,"   "blessed be your light,"   "Greetings, O Queen of Twilight, First Salt, Mother of Everything"   "blessed be your light,"   "good was the day or our Father,"   "may the Twilight of our Mother be as well,"   "sleep now, in our gratitude, O Father,"   "may your blessing dawn again,"   "blessed be your light,"   "rise now, O Mother",   "shield us from the greed of Surinol,"   "and guide us through our Dreams,"   "may your care be our Fortress, your stars and moon our walls",   "blessed be your light,"   "as it was, as it is and as it will be,"   "between the brightness and the Dark,"   "between that which lives and that which is empty,"   "between the sleep and our Father's spark",   "blessed be your light."
