Suripelis

Suripelis (Night mirror) is the crystallized form of Surinis. It is occasionally found in the areas surrounding Solnater.   Suripelis crystals are highly valuable because they have two important properties that make them invaluable to Lumatek: The first one is that they conduct Luma very well. They also neither react to or retain any heat applied to them, no matter how high.
Because of these properties, conduits made from pure suripelis do not overheat and the devices using them are significantly more powerful. The scarcity of suripelis, however, makes pure suripelis conduits exceedingly rare and other materials or mixtures of suripelis and other materials are more commonly used.

Properties

Material Characteristics

Suripelis crystals are thin and flat and have a smooth, reflective surface. They are also usually small, at most the size of a small child's palm.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Similarly to its powder form, Surinis, Suripelis crystals are exceptional heat conductors and always remain at the ambient temperature. Nor does the crystal temperature affect is density or size.
