Shoisin

The Republic of Shoisin is located east of The Great Salt Sea is one of the larger Human civilizations that traces its origin to a time before the First Great Flood, or as they know it the Parting of Worlds.
The Shoisin are very capable both in terms of technology and Luma, but prefer to use the latter via technological apparatus. They themselves have very little aptitude for it outside of few individuals.
